Jata Holistic was founded by me, Bec, from a lifelong passion for natural therapies and skin health. With a Bachelor of Arts in Ayurvedic Studies and a Bachelor of Health Science in Dermal Therapies, my work is guided by the belief that true beauty is nurtured through balance – supporting the skin, body, and mind as one.

Alongside my clinical experience, I am also the founder of AWE Cosmeceuticals, an Australian-made skincare brand that blends the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda with modern dermal science. Through years of formulating results-driven products, I’ve seen firsthand how powerful this union can be in restoring radiance and confidence, especially for women navigating the changes of midlife and beyond.

Jata Holistic is the natural extension of this journey – a space where I can bring together my love for Ayurveda, my professional expertise in skin therapies, and my vision of creating a sanctuary that offers both advanced treatments and soulful connection.
